Licensing Courses

The Basic Rider Course and Intermediate Riding Clinic help you get your unrestricted M endorsement on your drivers license, which allows you to legally ride any 2-Wheel and 3-Wheel Motorcycles. The 3-Wheel Basic Rider Course helps you get a restricted endorsement on your drivers license that only makes it legal to ride a 3-Wheel Motorcycle. With successful completion of these courses, you will be eligible for a discount on your insurance and help dismiss a speeding ticket received while on your motorcycle.
  • Beginner Licensing

    To get your motorcycle license in Texas, you must complete a safety course.  You must be able to balance and comfortably ride a regular bicycle as a prerequisiste to this course.

  • Experienced Rider Licensing

    To get your motorcycle license in Texas, you must complete a safety course. Lone Star Bikers offers 2 different one-day Experienced Rider Licensing courses: Total Control IRC and the MSF BRC2-LW.   Both are approved by Texas as licensing courses.
